We are Christiane and Hubert Nagl and your hosts in the second generation. We are very pleased that you are interested in our accommodation in Altenmarkt! It is our great concern to offer our guests the greatest possible feel-good factor and to offer them with our apartment an accommodation for the best time of the year.
Whether families or singles, peace seekers or active vacationers ... with us you are welcome! We will be happy to help you with any questions about the area and the numerous excursion destinations.
Rules
Our house rules
Our apartment should be your second home. It is very important to us that all of our guests feel comfortable with us. We have put a lot of effort into the setup and hope that you will find everything you need. If you miss something in the facility or the inventory please contact us. We are also happy to answer your questions and provide further information.
The following house rules are intended to provide assistance for a successful stay. We ask you to observe the following points so that all of our guests can enjoy a pleasant holiday in a neat and cozy atmosphere:
General
Please handle the entire furnishings and inventory carefully and treat our apartment with care. Please make sure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions. By treating our apartments with care, you will help us to offer you and other guests satisfactory rooms in the future.
Damage
Nobody deliberately damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be happy if you let us know the damage that has occurred and we do not have to determine it after the departure after the final cleaning. The guest is liable for damage in the amount of the replacement cost.
Liability
The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest(s).
Pets
Please note that pets are not allowed.
Non-smoking house
Our country house is a non-smoking house. Smokers can enjoy their cigarette on the terrace.
Key
Please never give the key out of your hand. If a key is lost, the guest is responsible for the costs (new key and/or replacement of the lock).
Free WiFi
A wireless internet connection (WiFi) is available free of charge in the apartment. You will find the access code directly in the apartment. The landlord excludes any liability in connection with the internet use of the guest.
By booking our apartment we assume that the house rules will be recognized and we warmly welcome you to Landhaus Nagl! We wish you a pleasant stay, lots of fun, relaxation and recreation. We are of course happy to answer any questions you may have.
